- Melissa O'Neill11.12.2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We got our leaking shower repaired and the seal has come away so we contacted this company to try & rectify, thinking we had their 12 year warranty as advertised on their website. Apparently seals are 12 months only & our repair wasn't classed as a 'leaking shower repair'. So, because they were not clear when invoicing us we were not covered. Their terms of business also don't give a definition of a leaking shower repsir, so, bottom line - Be careful with this company as their warranty is rather misleading.
UPDATE - We ended up going with MegaSealed to repair Tile Rescues botched job & were more than happy. We then ended up getting them to also redo our ensuite shower which had cracked tiles & it was done very professionally. Looks great & does not leak. You can see before & after photos I shared on MegaSealeds Facebook page. I am not a competitor, rather a very disgruntled customer. Do not believe the 12 year warranty. Its a joke.
